Urban Fox Terms and Conditions

Nothing fancy, just a few general terms and conditions for your perusal:

Return policy:

Urban Foxes may be returned within 30 days for any reason, in original, unworn condition, excepting undies for hygienic reasons. All items are guaranteed free from construction defects and may be returned for a full refund or exchange of current product (may be different than original garment) at any time before 90 days due to seam defect or fabric or elastic defects. Imperfections due to regular washing or wear are the responsibility of the owner.

Shipping Policies and Times:

As a unique, hand-made garment, shipping may take up to two weeks from payment receipt. However, we try our best to ship individual orders within a few business days of receipt of payment via USPS priority mail (2-3 business days). Shipping costs $5 within the US, but we're happy to ship anywhere--please contact us for shipping costs at info@urbanfoxeco.com.
